I do like getting kills with claymores better cuz its funny, but you have to camp to use one and i dont camp hardly ever. So i pick mines because i just lay them and dont have to worry about that spot or building that i have mined up. It makes it easier for me to rush. I do hate though how when you call them out and teamates still run over them.

Depends on the map... I'd say claymores are definately more fun on the maps like x-roads... Like you said, much harder to kill stupid teammates... though it is fun to be dead and have someone run over your mine on the other team...

Best Claymore kill to Date. I had the Best one in Forstfire 07/15/05. It was 1 on 3. I had an HK5 SD. I ran into the computer room from the Seal side (up the ramp) and then I came around the corner and tried to shut the door before Dynasty Wolf could come in. Then I tried to lay a claymore at the door to the side by the computer. I layed it and Dynasty came rushing in shooting his M14 as he came in and he turned right and not left so he did even hurt me. Then he started run our the way i had come in so then i decided to lat another Claymore facing the wall behind the computer desk. He figured out i was in there and came back in then since i trapped myself with clamores i couldn't detonate them or i would die and we would lose. So i ran out the door than leads to the terrorists spawn and jumped off the ledge to the left and detonated my Claymores in midair and Killed him, just as his shoots took my health down to the T in T|C. So I only needed to be shot one more time to die. Then I ran back up the ramp to where i killed Dynasty Wolf and saw that ExplosiveDuck had just gotten to the computer room waiting on the outside door. So i shot him in the Head and he died instantly. Then I ran away from the Scene of the Crime because I had no health left and Lt. Lane was bound to come with an M3. So i ran away layed a claymore at tunnel 5 and another at the left hand corner near seals spawn on the left. I laid one at the top back side of the ramp so he could not see it. Then i waited on top of the double stacked boxes and waited. And about 30 secs later Lane came running by and I detonated the Claymore at the backside of the ramp. But he was too far away so it didn't affect him so I aimed my HK5 SD and hit him befroe the Claymore debris could settle. And I killed him thru the smoke to win the round. It was awesome.

I like mines better cuz they are less work and I am a lazy bastard I also don't like how some ppl run through mines and claymore blasts.
